Thunder requires background screening for all carded adults on the team roster.  Screenings are good for one year. 

• The Club will screen one Head Coach, one Assistant Coach, and one Manager for each team (three adults).
• Teams are welcome to have more than three officials on their roster. Carded officials above 3 will be billed $20 per carded adult.

Screening Steps:

Step 1: Go to http://www.ncsisafe.com 

Step 2: Click on “Start Your Background Screening” on the lower left side of the webpage.
Step 3: Enter Self Registration Number: 46735338 
Step 4: Enter Your Information as Requested 
Step 5: Provide Legal Authorization and Certification
Step 6: Payment – N/A
