Rostering Your Players

Rostering your players with MSYSA is not an overly difficult task but it does require an attention to detail.  And, in most cases, it requires advance planning and preparation, which makes it difficult to accomplish in only a day or two.  With that said, below are documents and instructions you will need to accomplish the task at hand.  If at any time you have questions, you can call or email the Thunder Administrator or your MSYSA Registrar, depending on the nature of the question.

Adult Volunteer RegistrationClick Here for Adult Registration (instructions provided below)
All adults who will be carded on the team roster need to register in the MSYSA/YLUSA Registration System.

Adult Volunteer Background Screening:
Beginning January 1, 2010 MSYSA instituted a policy that requires all carded adults on the team roster undergo a background screening.  Screenings are good for one year.  See our
Risk Management page for information and instructions.

All players should be given a copy of this when asked to sign MSYSA Registration Form

Medical Release Form
MSYSA no longer requires notarization of medical release forms.
However, some tournaments still do.  It is our advice that you request that parents have
the forms notarized at the beginning of the year so that you don’t run into any problems.
