Billy Warren is currently the Junior Varsity coach at Sherwood High School. He was the goalkeeper coach for Sherwood during their 2004 and 2005, 4A State Championship title seasons. He has coached both boys and girls varsity teams at local high schools. At the collegiate level, he worked with the goalkeepers at the University of Maryland, Shenandoah University, Montgomery College at Rockville and Strayer College of Baltimore. At the professional level Billy played and coached for such teams as Toluca of the Mexican 1st Division, the Washington Stars, Maryland Bays, Washington Diplomats, DC United and DC United’s Youth Program. Billy currently holds his C license from the U.S.S.F.. He holds a Football Teachers Certificate as well his Preliminary Badge from Ireland. Billy also holds a certificate in goalkeeping instruction from the Scottish Football Association. He has worked with the Cayman Island National Team goalkeepers, Northern Ireland School Boys U-12 thru U-17 National Teams as well as professional clubs in Northern Ireland, Guatemala, Mexico and Israel.
