Entry Fees
  • A team entry fee is required of each team at the time of application – applications submitted without payment will not be considered for entry.
  • Applications and fees must be received by August 8, 2010 (extended)
     
  • Refund Policy: Teams withdrawing from the tournament will NOT be refunded the entry fee.
