Oscar Sancho-Davila is a former pre-professional player from Peru, before moving to USA in 2002.  In his playing career, he has played for Sporting Cristal in Peru, and Deportivo Benidorm in Spain. His coaching philosophy is to create a fun, safe and learning environment for the players, and to always have a positive attitude in his coaching style.  Oscar’s goals are to develop a passion for the game in each player, and of course, to help them reach their maximum potential.  He has been fortunate enough to work with some outstanding players and coaches from many different countries, and one day, he would like to be a Head Coach at a college or university.
